Welcome to the Tiki Cove located in the heart of Indio. This newly renovated house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A pool and backyard with views of the mountains and plenty of place to roam and relax. The game room is everyone's favorite spot to play ping pong and relax after a day in the sun.
Just a little over a mile to the Empire Polo grounds, this house is ideal for Coachella festival goers and horse show guests.
Street parking is allowed.
Please note that to heat the pool there will be a charge of $100/day.
Please note that the city of Indio is under a noise ordinance and music can only be played at a respectable level as to not disturb the neighbors. Any fines accrued for not complying will be the responsibility of the guests to pay. (Upwards of up to $1000)
