*PLEASE note that the city of Indio has a noise ordinance in place which means no outside activity after 10pm (including playing music or being in the pool/spa) Any fines accrued for not complying will be the responsibility of the guests to pay. :)
*PLEASE note that to heat the pool and spa will be $150/day. Spa heat only will run at $50/day..
*PLEASE note that you must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
