Welcome to the Historic French House located on Main street in the Idylic town of Penn Yan. Relax with the whole family, a wedding party or friends at this unique place to stay. Newly renovated and ready for you to make unforgettable memories, this house has all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable holiday. Penn Yan is located in the Finger Lakes, known for its beautiful scenery, wineries, antique hopping and food scene. This house may be used for small events for an additional fee. This beautiful 2 story historical house is 4900 sq feet. Built in 1830 the charm is still intact even tho it’s been renovated to fit the modern guests needs. New kitchen and bathrooms that are fully stocked with all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay. On the 2nd floor there are 2 main suites each with a bunk room connected. 2 guest rooms, 2 full bathrooms and a living room. Basement and attic are not accessible for guests use, however the basement is a place to behold and you’re welcome to explore, just don’t judge. 😂 Any questions feel free to ask. Main floor and 2nd floor are what is available for guests use. * please note that the town of Penn Yan has a noise ordinance in place and all outdoor activity must be taken inside by 9pm. Also please make sure any outdoor music is at a respectable level so as not to disturb the neighbors. 👌🏻 *Please note to use the property for a wedding party or event there will be an up-charge of $1000 per day. Any events should take place between 10am and 10pm and should follow the noise ordinance of the town of Penn Yan. We only have 6 parking spots on site so please direct guests to park elsewhere for events.
