* Please note that the city of Indio is under a noise ordinance which means that music can only be played at a respectable level as to not bother neighboring residents. It also means that all outdoor activities must be taken inside before 10pm. Any fines for not complying will be the responsibility of the guests to pay. Each fine begins at $1000.
* please note to heat the pool and spa is $150 a day. For spa only the charge is $50/day.
